Passed 1-16-61. ) , 1157.06 ACCESSORY USES. - , (a) An accessory use customarily incident to a Class U-I, U-2 or U-3 use shali siso be permitted in,,. respectively, a Class U-1, U-2 or U-3-District; provided such accessory use is located upon the same lot with the building or use to which it is accessory. In a U-1 or U-2 District, the total area of any above ground structure, not inclziding swimming pools or buildings directly related to the use or operation of swimnning pools, erected separately from the main use structure on any one lot shail rat exceed: ,(1) 480 square feet if its use is for storage of a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle or other vehicle; (2) 675. square feet if its ruse is for storage of a motor vehicle, recreational ' velifcl.e or other vehicle but also includes a zool shed Ur other storage area; (3) 192 Sq1aZ'P f.eet if its. use is as a taol shed or other sto.rage building, _ (b). in any Class U-3 apartment deveiopment, at least one and vne-haif autamobile storage spaces shall be provided accessory to each apartment suite, p?us at leasL one-haif space for each bedroom by which any suite exceeds one bedroom in size; at least one .' of the required automobile storage, spaces for each apartment suite shall be in aa ericlased buiilding. No person shall keep, park, store or allow to be kept, parkec3 ar stored any mctor vehicle, truck, tractor, semitrailer or trailer in a U-1, U-2, U-3, €J-3A.A Use District, except passenger automobiles or motorcycles nat used for cammercial, business or manufacturing purposes.
