Bu9.lding plan.s shall be approved by the Planning and Zoning" ' <br />Commission and Council because of the peculia.r nature of the Multi-story Apartment <br />House District, but approval of the A.rchiteciuraT Revie`v Board need not be obtained. <br />Councii shali require a performance bond or other security.= ? (Ord. 721. Passed 1-16-61. ) , 1157.06 ACCESSORY USES. - , (a) An accessory use customarily incident to a Class U-I, U-2 or U-3 use shali <br />siso be permitted in,,. respectively, a Class U-1, U-2 or U-3-District; provided such <br />accessory use is located upon the same lot with the building or use to which it is <br />accessory. In a U-1 or U-2 District, the total area of any above ground structure, not <br />inclziding swimming pools or buildings directly related to the use or operation of <br />swimnning pools, erected separately from the main use structure on any one lot shail <br />rat exceed: <br />,(1) 480 square feet if its use is for storage of a motor vehicle, recreational <br />vehicle or other vehicle; <br />(2) 675. square feet if its ruse is for storage of a motor vehicle, recreational <br />' velifcl.e or other vehicle but also includes a zool shed Ur other storage area; <br />(3) 192 Sq1aZ'P f.eet if its. use is as a taol shed or other sto.rage building, <br />_ (b). in any Class U-3 apartment deveiopment, at least one and vne-haif autamobile <br />storage spaces shall be provided accessory to each apartment suite, p?us at leasL one-haif <br />space for each bedroom by which any suite exceeds one bedroom in size; at least one <br />.' of the required automobile storage, spaces for each apartment suite shall be in aa ericlased <br />buiilding. (Ord. 86-23. Passed 9-18-86. ) 1157.07 PARKING R.EGULATIONS. <br />No person shall keep, park, store or allow to be kept, parkec3 ar stored any mctor <br />vehicle, truck, tractor, semitrailer or trailer in a U-1, U-2, U-3, €J-3A.A Use District, <br />except passenger automobiles or motorcycles nat used for cammercial, business or <br />manufacturing purposes. 'I'his section shall not, however, prohibit the :following uses <br />in such use districts: (a) Trucks making bana fide cleliveries to or pickups from the premises where <br />they are paxked, but only for so long a time as is reasonably necessary to <br />make such deliveries or pickups; <br />(b) Vehicles necessaril,y azsed in cc3nnection with the legal construction, alteY•ing, <br />repairing, remevaY v* dem.olition of buildings, appurtena.nces and roads for, <br />such time as is reasoaably necessary to perfarm such work; (c) Farm vehicles, either hearing current farm license plates issued 'ny tne State <br />. af Ohio or used excIi.asiveiv for proper agxicuitural purposes upon tae premises; <br />_ (?)
