ORDINANCE N0. 89-28 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A TAX BUDGET FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR 1990 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, Section 5705.28 of the Ohio Revised Code requires that, on or before the 15th day of July in each year, the taxing authority of each subdi- vision adopt a tax budget for the next succeeding fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the Tax Commissioner has granted to Mayfield Village, Ohio, an extension of time to adopt a tax budget per entry 89-06-0279 dated June 7, 1989, and to submit such budget to the Cuyahoga County Auditor's Office pursuant to Sections 5305.28 and 5305.30 of the Ohio Revised Code; and WHEREAS, the proposed tax budget for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the year 1990 has been prepared by the Director of Finance in the form prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, two (2) copies of the said budget have been placed on file in the Office of the Director of Finance for public inspection more than ten (10) days prior to the adoption of this Ordinance; and WHEREAS, The Council, on July 17, 1989, at 7:50 P.M. will hold a public hearing on the said proposed budget, notice of said hearing will be published not less than ten (10) days prior to the date thereof in a newspaper having general circulation within the Village of Mayfield, all as required by Section 5705.30 of the Ohio Revised Code; and WHEREAS, the Council deems it necessary to adopt the said budget and to submit the same to the Cuyahoga County Auditor, as required by law, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, TIiAT: SECTION 1. The tax budget of Mayfield Village, Ohio, receipts and expenditures of the Village for the year 1990, attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein rewritten, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted, 5705.28 of the Ohio Revised Code. showing anticipated a copy of which is as if fully pursuant to Section
