The contiguous land which is to be added to an R& R <br />District may be less than 200 acres; provided, however, that, after the <br />inclusion of the contiguous land, the R& R District, as expanded, shall meet <br />the criteria set forth in this chapter, as if the contiguous land had been <br />included in the R& R District at this time of the initial zoning. Except as <br />set forth in the preceding sentences, the procedures for the rezoning of the <br />contiguous land shall be identical to the procedures required for the initial <br />rezoning. <br />1159.16. SEVERABILITY. <br />This Zoning Code and the various titles, chapters and sections thereof <br />are hereby declared to be severable. If any chapter, section, subsection, <br />paragraph, sentence or phase of this Zoning Code is adjudged unconstitutional <br />or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this <br />Zoning Code shall not be affected thereby. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3.
