WHEREAS, to insure adequate parking fo such use, Council would approve such variances on the condition that Wheez r's Restaurant provides additional parking for its employees and customers;,?nd. WHEREAS, the owners of Wheezer's/Restaurant have affirmed that they have obtained permission from the adjacep/t property owner, to wit: Jefferson Park, to use their parking spaces after /5:00 P.M. daily; WHEREAS, to avoid unreasQnable hardship, Council desires to grant a parking variance of eightee»?(18) spaces for the property known as "Wheezer's Restaurant," subject to the conditions stated by the Law Director to the owners in a letter datedeptember 15, 1989, attached hereto and incorporated herein. BE IT RESOLVED BY TW COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. ouncil hereby grants a parking variance of eighteen (18) parking spaces or the property known as "Wheezer's Restaurant," located at 6535 Wilson M'lls Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, subject to the conditions stated by t?Law Director to the owners in a letter dated September 15, 1989, attached h reto and incorporated herein.
