Section 13 04 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Vil- lage, Ohio is hereby enacted read as follows: CHAPTER 139 DEPARTMENT 139.04 DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY nLD BY POLICE DEPARTMENT (a) Any property that has been sei \ne elation to a violation of Section 2933.42 of the Code and any contraband in the custody of the Poartment that is subject to the provisions of Sectio3 of the Revised Code shall be held and disppursuant to Section 2933.43 of the Revised Code other proce- dure provided by law. Any other prat has been lost, abandoned, stolen, seized puro search warrant, or otherwise lawfully seizor eited, and that is in t he custody of the Polictme t, shall be held and disposed of pursuant to Se933. 1 of the Revised Code and any other procedurded b law. (b) The Finance Director is hereby authorized an direct- ed to establish a separate fund which shall be kno n as the Law Enforcement Trust Fund. Monies resulting om the retention, sale, or other disposition by the Police Department of contraband forfeited pursuant to divisi (C) of Section 2933.43 of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the fund after payment of the charges set forth in division (D) (1) through (D) (3) of that section. Monies from the fund shall be allocated by the Council to the Village Police Department only, and shall only be expended for any one or more of the following purposes: (1) To pay the costs of protracted or complex investigation or prosecutions; (2) To provide reasonable technical training or expertise;
