RESOLUTION N0. 78-27 <br />BY: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF CLEVELAND <br />TRTNIDAD PAVTNG COMPANY FOR THE PAVTNG OF THE <br />VILLAGE HALL PARKING LOT: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />AND DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Cleveland Trinidad Paving Company is determined <br />to be the lowest bidders for the cement contract work to be performed <br />on the Village Hall Parking Lot in accordance with the specifications <br />for such project, in the amount of $34,672.00. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of Finance are here- <br />by authorized to enter into a contract with Cleveland Trinidad Paving <br />Company for the performance of this pavinq work in the amount of <br />$34,672.00. Said contract is to be in accordance with the specifi- <br />cations upon which the bid was received and shall be approved by the <br />Director of Law. <br />Section 3.
