ORDINANCE NO. 78- 32 <br />INTRODUCED BY: <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />75-21. <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 75-21 authorized the Civil Service <br />Commission to employ the former Law Director of the Village as legal <br />counsel; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has since named a successor <br />to the former Law Director, namely, Guerin L. Avery, who acts under <br />his contract as counsel to the Civil Service Commission, now, there- <br />fore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Ordinance 75-21 is repealed. <br />Section 2.
