739.07 Trespassing in Violation of Posted Signs (a) No person, while engaged in any profit or nonprofit solicitation, shall knock at the door or ring the bell of any home, apartment, apartment building or other dwelling unit in the Municipality upon which is displayed at the entrance a notice which reads "no Peddlers or Solicitors Allowed," or which otherwise clearly purports to prohibit peddlers or solicitors on the premises, unless-such peddler or solicitor is, or has been in- vited upon the premises by the owner, lessee or occupant thereof. 739..OS Revoaation of Certificate A certificate ot registration issued under th chapter shall be revoked by the Mayor for any of the following causes: I (a) It is subsequeatly determined that the reg- istrant provided false, misleading or.decep- tive information in completing the application form set forth in Section 739e08. (b) The registrant is convicted of a felony vio- lation or misdemeanor violation involving moral turpitude. (c) The registrant is convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter. Written notice shall be given to the registra in person or by certified mail immediately upon such revocation. 739.9 Penalty Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 501.99 of these Codified Ordinan The provisions of Section 501.11 are also appli- cable to this Chapter: ' Sectionc'2: " Thts ; is 'an emergency measure immediately nec sary for the preservation of the health, welfare and safety of the residents of the Village of Mayfield Village and that the resident of the Municipality have expressed concern for protection of their privacy and the Police Department of the Municipality is unable to properly patrol the Municipality with unidenti£ied persons apparen ly wandering around.'
