ORDINANCE NO. 78-56 <br />BY: Mrs. Hanus <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 509.03 <br />(f) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO TFIrST: <br />Section 1. Section 509.03 (f) of the Codified Ordinances <br />of Mayfield ViZlage, Ohio is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(f) Whoever violates this Section is guilty of disorderly <br />conduct, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the <br />offender persists in disorderly conduct after reason- <br />able warning or request to desist, disorderly conduct <br />is a misdemeanor of the third degree. <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to tae an <br />emergency measure, necessary £or the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare o£ the community in that it will facilitate <br />and promote law enforcement. It shall therefore take effect immediate- <br />ly upon passage by the affirmative vote oP not less than five (5) <br />members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at <br />the earliest time allowed by law. <br />President of Council <br />PASSED: November 20, 1978 <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk of Counci <br />APPROVED: <br />Robert GBeebe, Mayor
