<br /> ? the First Part and hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY and the Village
<br /> ' of Mayfield by its Mayor having been duly authorized to enter into said
<br /> ,. agreement by Ordinance No. adopted by the Council of -

<br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the MUNICIPALITY have mutually agreed ?
<br /> it by and between themselves to improve Ridgebury Qoulevard-Lander Road
<br /> ji Intersection, both of which :are municipal streets and county roeds in ,
<br /> the Cities of Mayfield Heights and Highland Heights and the Village of ?
<br /> Mdyfield, by addition of left turn lanes at all four legs of the intersection
<br />- and other lanes as may be required, all in accordance with plans, specification
<br />.?. I, and estimates prepared by the Cuyahoga County Engineer; and
<br /> WHEREAS, current Cuyahoga County Engineer standards for
<br /> construction of County Roads and Bridges shall be utilized in the design
<br />

<br />,' of this project; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, as administrator
<br /> of the County Motor Vehicle $5.00 License Tax Fund may, upon approval of
<br /> an application from the MUNICIPALITY requesting such funds, authorize an
<br /> allocation of the aforesaid funds to the MUNICIPALITY to pay that
<br /> MUNICIPALITY'S share of cooperating with the COUNTY in the improvement
<br /> project; and

<br /> WHEREAS, the PIUNICIPALITY has requested the plans and specifications ?

<br />•, ,; I of the improvement cbntract include'all alterations or relocations of
<br />„ al sanitary sewers and/or construction of any new sanitary sewers that may
<br /> be required, and all revisions or adjustments to the existing water '
<br />-•- supply system required to conform to the new location, grade and width

<br />.' of the roadway, and/or any new waterlines and their necessary appurtenances.
