ORDINANCE NO. 79-9 <br />Page -4- <br />Street Liqhting $ 54,000.00 <br />Section 4. There is hereby appropriated from Recreation Fund <br />for the year 1979, the following: <br />Personal Service <br />Other Expenses <br />Total <br />$ 2,500.00 <br />6,800.00 <br />$9,300.00 <br />Section 5. There is hereby appropriated from the Building, <br />Equipment and Maintenance Fund, for the year 1979 an amount not to <br />exceed: <br />Building, Equipment, Maintenance and Capitol $180,000.00 <br />Improvements <br />Section 6. There shall be and hereby is appropriated for the <br />year 1979 from the Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund, the <br />following: <br />Retirement o£ Bonds and Notes $ 8,807.00 <br />Interest on Same 3,212.00 <br />Total 12,019.00 <br />Section 7. There shall be and he=eby is appropriated for the <br />year 1939 the General Bond Retirement Fund, the following: <br />Retirement of Bonds and Notes $ 6,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 4,072.50 <br />Total $10,072.50 <br />Section B. There shall be and hereby is appropriated for <br />the year 1979 from Police Pension Transfer Fund: <br />Police Pension <br />$28,500.00 <br />Section 9. This is an emergency Ordinance immediately <br />necessary to provide for the preservation of the health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village in that it <br />provides funds for the maintenance of essential governmental <br />services.
