For a permit covering construction of all new buildings, other than single-family dwelling houses, two-family dwelling houses and apartment houses, whether high-rise or otherwise, a fee of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) plus Three Dollars ($3.00) for each 100 square feet or fraction thereof of additional or remodeled floor space. (e) Demolition of buildings. The permit fees for the demolition of buildings are as follows: (1) Up to 1,000 square feet: $50.00 (2) For each additional 1,000 square feet or fraction thereof: 1.50 (f) Moving of buildings or structures.
