RESOLUTION NO. 79-22 <br />BY: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />UNIFORM RULES, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS <br />FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, a Committee on Uniform Standards from various <br />involved agencies has formulated standards to guide the design <br />and construction of sewerage facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable £or Mayfield Village to comply <br />with such standards and regulations in order to comply with the <br />stated purpose of government, namely: provision of quality systems <br />for the preservation of the public health and welfare; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Mayfield Village hereby approves and adopts <br />the Uniform Rules,Regulations and Standards for Design and Construction <br />of Sewerage Improvements as formulated by the Committee on Uniform <br />Standards dated May 11, 1978, which are on file at the Village Hall <br />and available for inspection or copying, the same being incorporated <br />herein as i£ totally rewritten. <br />Section 2.
