ORDINANCE N0. 79-26 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT <br />TO DURALOK, INC. AS THE LOWEST AND BEST <br />BIDDER FOR THE REFURBISHING OF THE MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE HALL. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section <br />advertisement as <br />to be the lowest <br />Mayfield Village <br />1. In accordance with bids received pursuant to <br />required by law, Duralok, Inc. is hereby declared <br />and best bidder for the refurbishing of the <br />Hall. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and Director of Finance are <br />authorized, empowered and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Duralok, Inc. in a form satisfactory to the Law Director not to <br />exceed the amount stated in the bid received dated April 3, 1979. <br />Section 3. This is an emergency Ordinance immediately <br />necessary for the preservation o£ the safety and health of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village in that it will provide the work <br />necessary to restore and maintain an essential municipal building <br />thereby increasing governmental efficiency. It shall therefore <br />take e£fect immediately upon approval by the affirmative vote of <br />not less than (5) members elected to Council and approval by the <br />Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />PASSED: April 1979 <br />APPROVED: (' •z???
