RESOLUTION NO. 79- 52 Page 2 <br />Section 6. The Village Engineer be and he hereby is <br />authorized to prepare an estimated assessment of the cost of <br />said improvement based on the estimate of costs heretofore <br />filed at the office of the Clerk in accordance with the method <br />of assessment set forth in this Resolution, and showing <br />thereon the amount of the assessment against each lot and <br />parcel of land. Said estimated assessment shall be filed in <br />the office of the Clerk and shall be availavle for public <br />inspection. <br />Section 7. Upon the filing of said estimated assessment <br />as hereinabove proveded, the Clerk is authorized and directed <br />to cause notice of the passage o£ this Resolution and of the <br />filing of said estimated assessment to be served upon the <br />owners of all lots and parcesl of land to be assessed in the <br />manner provided by law. <br />Section 8. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emerqency measure necessary for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village in that the improvement <br />author4zed herein will help insure safe access for emergency, <br />service and passenger motor vehicles. It shall therefore <br />take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative <br />vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council <br />and approval by the Mayor, or otherwise at the earliest <br />time allowed by law.-___ <br />-. ? <br />Pr erit of Council <br />PASSED:Aug. 6 <br />APPROVED: M?? <br />G.
