No person, firm or corporation shall drive any commercial tractor <br />or commercial car designed ox used for the transportation of goods, wares, merchan- <br />dise, rubbish, garbage, freight or products of any kind, upon the following roads <br />and highways or any part thereoE in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio: <br />Joyce Road <br />Robin Circle <br />Raleigh Drive <br />Derby Drive <br />Chase Drive <br />Foxboro Drive <br />Northboro Drive <br />Aintree Park Drive <br />Hunt Circle <br />Sandalwood Drive <br />Butternut Drive <br />Walnut Drive <br />Oakwood Drive <br />Kenwood Drive <br />Ravine Drive ' <br />Eastgate Drive <br />Meadowood Drive <br />Zorn Lane <br />Hickory Hill Drive <br />Oakton Circle <br />Blueberry Circle <br />Woodbine Circle <br />Thornapple Drive <br />Robley Lane <br />Seneca Road <br />Glenview Road <br />Bonnieview Road <br />Worton Park Drive <br />North Woodlane Road <br />Woodlane Road <br />South Woodlane Road <br />Norman Lane <br />Beach Hill Road <br />Hemingway Drive <br />Metro Park Drive <br />Beechers Brook Road <br />Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to pro- <br />hibit the use of any of said roads or highways by commercial tractors or commercial <br />cars for making deliveries to or receiving goods from any houses, buildings or <br />lands abutting said roads and highways, nor shall anything herein contained be con- <br />strued to prohibit the use of said roads and highways by police, fire and other <br />vehicles owned or operated by the Village df.Mayfield or licensed by said Village <br />to pick up rubbish or garbage from property abutting said roads and highways. <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this <br />ordinance shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50.00 for each offense and <br />court costs. <br />Section 4. Ordinance No. 707 is hereby repealed. <br />Section 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, nec- <br />essary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants because of the urgent necessity of <br />protecting the above described roads and highways from deterioration and disrepair <br />caused by commercial tractors and commercial cars in through traffic, and this <br />ordinance shall be in force and effect on and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 15'Eh day of P,pril <br />Attest: <br />9, Ae?;r_ <br />(S al) Clerk-Treasurer <br />1974. <br />/1 <br />qo?z? <br />
