ORDINANCE N0. 74-57 <br />Ineroduced by: Mr. Schulte <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH LOVE <br />INSURANCE AGENCY, SUCCESSFUL BIDDER FOR <br />COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO,THAT: <br />Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to execute a <br />contract with Love Insurance Agency for comprehensive general liability insurance. <br />Section 2. Love Insurance Agency was the lowest and best bidder deter- <br />mined after competitive bidding upon a gross price basis for comprehensive general <br />liability insurance. The cost of said contract shall not exceed $3,598.00. <br />Section 3. This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the <br />reason that the existing comprehensive general liability insurance expires <br />December 14, 1974 and the existing binder will expire 30 days thereafter.
