Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this <br />ordinance shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50.00 for each offense and <br />court costs. <br />Section 5. Ordinance No. 74-21A is hereby repealed. <br />Section 6. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergancy measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of Mayfield Village and its inhabitants because of the urgent necessity of <br />protecting the above described roads and highways from deterioration and disrepair <br />caused by commercial tractors and commercial cars in through traffic, and tMis <br />ordinance shall be in force and effect on and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of February , 1975. <br />/ <br />Ogg <br />F ?Pp 7 or SIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />?
