That the question of issuing such bonds in the amount of $300,000.00 for such purpose and the question of the levy of such tax be sub- mitted to the electors of said Village at the special election to be held at the usual voting places within the Village on the 16th day of September, 1975. Section 4. That the form of the ballots to be used at said election shall be as follows: "_`0% Affirmative Vote is Necessary for Passage Shall bonds be issued by Mayfield Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the purpose of constructing a safety building in the sum of $300,000 and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the 10-mill limitation estimated by the County Auditor to average 1.6927 mills for each $1.00 of valuation, which amounts to 16.927c? for each $100.00 of valuation, for a maximum period of 10 years to pay the principal and interest of such bonds. For the Bond Issue Against the Bond Issue" Section 5. That the Clerk-Treasurer of Mayfield Village, Ohio be and he is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of this ordinance to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and to notify said Board of Elections to cause notice of such election tobe given as required by Revised Code, Section 133.11. Section 6. That the submission of the question of issuing bonds to the electors of Mayfield Village shall be in accordance with the provisions of Ohio Revised Code, Section 133.09. Section 7. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation oP the public peace, health and safety, and for the further reason that it is deemed necessary to provide funds for the construction of a safety center, wherefore, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
