_ ., . a <br />-3- <br />during a calendar month may be granted upon an application <br />of a permit from the Building Official of the Village. <br />Section 6. (a) It shall be unlawful to openly store a recreational vehicle, as <br />defined in Section 1(h) of this ordinance, unless the Board of Appeals shall have granted <br />a variance, that proper screening is installed as required by the Architectural Review <br />Board and the issuance of a permit by the Building Department for the installation of <br />such screening. <br />(b) The criteria to be followed by the Board of Appeals and the Architectural <br />Review Board in determining screening requirements shall include the following: <br />(i) Location of screened area to adjacent building or adjoining lots. <br />(ii) Size and condition of the recreational vehicle. <br />(iii) View of the screened areas from the street and adjoining lots. <br />(iv) Quality and quantity o£ screening material. <br />Section 7. Each recreational vehicle shall be registered by May lst o£ each <br />year, using forms provided by the Building Official of the Village, which will con- <br />tain information pertaining to any vehicle de£ined within this Ordinance which may <br />be either parked or stored within the Village boundaries that year. Upon the payment <br />of a registration fee of $3.00 per recreational vehicle, the Buildi:ng 0£ficial shall <br />issue a registration card for the recreational vehicle. Such registration card shall <br />bear a number unique to each recreational vehicle registered and shall be placed in <br />a conspicuous place on the vehicle. <br />Section 8. Ordinance No. 74-49 is hereby repealed. <br />Section 9. Whoever violates any provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed <br />guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined a sum not <br />to exceed One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each violation. <br />Passed: October 28, 1975 <br />Attest: <br />
