<br />. <br />-4- <br />Section 5. There is hereby appropriated from the Building, Equipment and <br />Maintenance Fund, for the year 1976, an amount not to exceed <br />$ 73,000.00. <br />Section 6. There shall be, and hereby is, appropriated for the year 1976 from <br />the Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund, the following: <br />Retirement of Sanitary Sewer Bonds 1965 $ 1,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 350.00 <br />Retirement of Paving & Water Bonds 1967 14,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 1,295.00 <br />Retirement of Paving & Sidewalk Bonds 1968 1,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 945.00 <br />Retirement of Paving Bonds 1969 2,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 440.00 <br />Retirement of Sidewalk Bonds SOM Rd. 1969 200.00 <br />Interest on Same 40.00 <br />Total $21,270.00 <br />Section 7. There shall be and hereby is appropriated for the year 1976 from the <br />General Bond Retirement Fund, the following: . <br />Retirement of Water Main Bonds - Series B 1955 $ 2,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 70.00 <br />Retirement of Mayfield Village Municipal Bldg. 1965 1,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 362.50 <br />Retirement of Mayfield Village Town Hall Rebuilding 1971 5,000.00 <br />Interest on Same 4,700.00 <br />Total $ 13,132.50 <br />Section 8. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, nec- <br />essary for the immediate preservation of the public health, peace, safety and welfare <br />ot Mayfield Village and its inhabitants, in order to provide the necessary funds to <br />carry out the functions of the Village, and this Ordinance shall go into effect <br />immediately upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed: January 5, 1976 <br />Attest: <br />C??c--r.?tJ <br />Approv <br />` <br />MAY <br />
