-z- <br />Rule 13 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit are forbidden to <br />engage in political or religious discussions while on <br />duty. <br />Rule 14 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit shall not: <br />a. Expend money, or <br />b. Incur any financial liability in the name of the <br />municipality or the Department of Police. <br />Rule 15 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit shall not be absent <br />from duty after volunteering therefore without reasonable <br />notification in advance of the designated time to report <br />to duty. Notification of a member's inability to serve shall <br />be given to the Chief of Police or officer in charge. <br />Rule 16 Members oP the Auxiliary Police Unit shall not solicit <br />funds or offer tickets for any event for sale while on <br />duty or in uniform without the consent of the Chief of <br />Police. <br />Rule 17 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit who become ill or <br />disabled while on duty shall report this condition to the <br />Chief of Police or officer in charge, if able, before <br />leaving to seek medical aid. <br />Rule 18 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit shall promptly make <br />or cause to be made detailed written reports of all personal <br />injuries sustained while on duty. <br />Rule 19 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit shall have in their <br />possession a memorandum book in which they shall record <br />information necessary for the performance of their duty. <br />Rule 20 Any member of the Auxiliary Police Unit desiring a change <br />of duty or wishing to express an opinion in connection with <br />the operation of the Auxiliary Police Unit or Department <br />of Police may make a report in writing to the Chief of <br />Police. <br />Rule 21 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit shall not sleep while <br />on duty. They shall not conduct themselves in a cowardly <br />manner, nor show lack of interest or energy as to amount <br />to gross neglect of duty. <br />Rule 22 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit reporting for duty <br />shall first sign the roster book in the police department. <br />Rule 23 Members of the Auxiliary Police Unit shall at all times <br />abide by the rules and regulations of the Auxiliary <br />Police Unit. <br />
