ORDINANCE N0. 71-~_ <br />BY: MR. Boger <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE N0. 70-32 <br />BY INCREASING THE APSOUNT OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />PETTY CASH FUND. <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 70-32, entitled "An Ordinance to <br />Create the Village of Mayfield Petty Cash Fund and to Repeal Ordinance No. 938, <br />1026, 1027, 69-17, 69-24, Resolution No. 264, and All Other Ordinances and <br />Resolutions in Conflict Herewith.", is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 2. There shall be paid from the General Fund the <br />sum of $200.00 into the Village of Mayfield Petty Cash Fund, <br />and from said Petty Cash Fund the Clerk of the Mayor's Court <br />shall be authorized to pay emergency expenses of the various <br />departments of the Village of Mayfield, which, while within <br />the general scope of expenses authorized by current <br />appropriation ordinances, have not been specifically authorized, <br />payment for cahich cannot be postponed until the next meeting <br />of Council. The Clerk of the Mayor's Court shall take a <br />receipt for such payments and shall present them at the next <br />meeting of the Council, and, if Council approves such <br />payments, it shall order the reimbursement of said Petty <br />Cash Fund to the extent of such payments, so that there shall <br />generally be the sum of $200.00 available after each Council <br />meeting for use until the next Council meeting." <br />Section 2. Existing Section 2 of Ordinance No. 70-32 is hereby repealed <br />as of the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3.
