BORDONARO <br />A~ <br />`~ AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK- <br />TREASURER OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD TO ENTER INTO <br />~ CONTRACTS WITH THE CITY OF HAYFIELD HEIGHTS FOR <br />~ RADIO BROADCASTING <br />U <br />~ Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfi®ld, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of <br />Mayfield are hereby authorized to enter into the following agreements on behalf of <br />this Village with the City of Mayfield Heights: <br />1. A contract dated September, 1970, between the <br />municipalities of Mayfield Heights, Gates Mills, <br />Highland Aeights, Lyndhurst, Mayfield Village and <br />Richmond Heights relating to the joint use of <br />radio frequency of 39.48 MG. A copy of said <br />contract, as embodied in Ordinance No. 1970-37 <br />of the City of Mayfield Heights, is hereto attached <br />and made a part hereof. <br />2. A contract between the City of Mayfield Aeights and <br />the Village of Mayfield establishing rates for <br />Ci police call service. A copy of said contract, <br />as embodied in Ordinance No. 1970-51 of the City <br />~ of Mayfield Heights, is hereto attached and made <br />a part hereof, except that the term of the agreement <br />has been changed so that the starting date is <br />® February 15, 1971 and the date of termination is <br />February 15, 1973. <br />r-.. <br />b <br />e , Section 2.
