Ordinance No. 1971-29 <br />Beginning on the Westerly line of said Original <br />Lot No. 16, at its intersection with the Southerly <br />line of land conveyed to The Board of County Commissioners <br />of Cuyahoga County, for the widening of Wilson Mills <br />Road, by deed dated April 27, 1960, and recorded in <br />Volume 9932, Page 313 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence Easterly along the Southerly line of land so <br />conveyed, being the Southerly line of Wilson Mills <br />Road, 101.98 feet to an angle point therein; thence <br />continuing Easterly along the Southerly line of Wilson <br />Mills Road, 329.37 feet to an angle point; thence <br />Easterly along the said Southerly line of Wilson <br />Mills Road, 57.35 feet to the Southwesterly line of <br />a perpetual easement for highway purposes, described <br />as Parcel No. 41-15-IA in a deed to the State of Ohio, <br />dated May 17, 1960, and recorded in Volume 9942, <br />Page 414 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South- <br />easterly along the Southwesterly line of said Parcel <br />No. 41-15-IA to its intersection with the Southerly <br />line of said Original Lot No. 16; thence Westerly <br />along the Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 16, <br />107625 feet to the Southwesterly corner thereof; <br />thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Original <br />Lot No. 16, 2110.46 feet to the place of beginning, <br />be the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br />Section 2. <br />z. <br />(a) No driveway or road shall be constructed on the premises <br />described herein exiting on Worton Park Drive. Any driveway on the <br />premises described herein leading to Wilson Mills Road shall be at such <br />point as shall be mutually agreed upon by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />and the owner. <br />(b) The side yard on the Westerly side of the premises shall be <br />at least 90 feet deep and shall forever remain free of any structures, <br />' parking areas, and driveways. Any fence on the Westerly side of the premises <br />shall be constructed in such a manner as to preserve the trees and natural <br />beauty, and shall be located at least 25 feet from the Western boundary of <br />said premises, Said side yard shall be maintained so as to preserve the <br />trees and natural beauty thereof. <br />~ Section 3. The Village engineer is hereby authorized to revise <br />the official district and zoning map so that the same will incorporate the <br />terms and provisions of this Ordinance. <br />
