' <br />_~ .~ <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1971 - ~4 ~ ' <br />By Mr. ~ ~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD TRANSFERRING CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY IN THE SOUTHWEST PORTION OF THE VILLAGE <br />TO OFFICE-LABORATORY DISTRICT, <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds a <br />.,.,. .. large tract of land located in the southwest portion of the Village hereinafter ,:`' <br />_ `~~~~ described, now zoned for Class U-1 Use District use has never been used '. <br />e .. for residential purposes, and the Council further finds that changes should <br />be made and deems it necessary to change the land use classification of <br />the following described property so as to provide for the orderly develop- <br />' ment thereof from Class U-1 Use District to an Office-Laboratory District. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds <br />that this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for approval; disapproval or suggestion, and that said <br />' Commission has allowed a reasonable time for a consideration and report, <br />and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public <br />hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing given in the manner <br />' provided by law. , <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The following described property, hitherto in a <br />Class U-1 Use District shall be transferred to an Office-Laboratory District, <br />and that the zone map of the Village of Mayfield be and the same is hereby <br />amended, revised and supplemented by changing the zoning in the following <br />described property: (Permanent Parcel No. 831-35-4) <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Mayfield <br />Township Lot No. 16, Tract 2, and bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning on the Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 16, <br />at its intersection with the Southerly line of land conveyed to <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, for <br />the widening of Wilson Mills Road, by deed dated April 27, 1960, <br />and recorded in Volume 9932, Page 313 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence Easterly along the Southerly line of land so conveyed, <br />
