'LEECH- ' AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SOM CENTER ROAD AND SANDALWOOD DRIVE FROM CLASS U-4 USE DISTRICT TO CLASS U-1 USE DISTRICT WHEREAS, this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestion, and said Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report and has made its report thereon, and a public hearing has been had thereon, with notice of such hearing given in the manner provided by law; and WHEREAS, Council finds that the use of said property for single residence rather than commercial purposes will be conducive to the public health, peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare, and will not substantially injure any other property in the Village or the use thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OF OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The following described property shall be transferred- r~ Class U-4 District to a Class U-1 (Single Residence) Use District: "Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being a parcel of land located at the southeasterly corner of SOM Center Road and Sandalwood Drive, being 47.22 feet front on the easterly side of SOM Center Road and- 180 feet deep along the southerly side of Sandalwood Drive and being further bounded as follows: On the South by a line parallel with the northerly line of Wilson Mills Road and 467.21 feet northerly therefrom; On the East by a line parallel with and 210 feet easterly from the centerline of SOM C~riter Road; On the North by the southerly line of Sandalwood Drive;
