ORDINANCE N0. 71-38 <br />BY: MR. FITZGERALD <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CENTRAL NATIONAL BANK <br />OF CLEVELAND, THE NATIONAL CITY BANK OF CLEVELAND <br />AND THE CLEVELAND TRUST COMPANY AS LEGAL DEPOSI- <br />TORIES FOR THE VILLAGE. OF HAYFIELD <br />BE IT ORSIAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Central National Bank of Cleveland, The National City <br />Bank of Cleveland and The Cleveland Trust Company hereby are designated to <br />be depositories of the Active Fund, Inactive Funds, and Interim Funds of <br />the Village of Hayfield, Ohio, for the period of two years commencing <br />August 22, 1971, and ending August 21, 1973. <br />Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to cause funds <br />of the Village to be deposited in any or all of the banks named in Section 1 <br />hereof during said period of time. <br />Section 3.. The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to certify <br />a copy of this Ordinance to, each of the banks named in Section 1 hereof. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order <br />to safeguard properly the funds of the Village and this Ordinance shall be <br />in force and go into effect immediately upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 16th day of August, 1971. <br />' , i.o <br />Ma r - resident of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />(Seal) Clerk - Treasure <br />
