ORDINANCE N0. 71- 54 <br />By: MR. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND <br />APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES <br />DURING THE YEAR 1971 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA __ <br />OOUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. To the extent that, during the gear of 1971, any expenditures <br />have been made by or under authority of the Council of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, for any items in excess of the amounts appropriated therefor by the <br />appropriation ordinances ahd amendments thereto adopted in 1971, or for items for <br />which no specific appropriations were made by said ordinances, the Clerk-Treasurer <br />of the Village of Mayfield is hereby authorized and directed to transfer sufficient <br />moneys from other appropriation items which have not been fully expended, and, if <br />necessary, from moneys in the General Fund not otherwise specifically appropriated, <br />to cover such expenditures, and the; moneys so transferred are hereby appropriated <br />for the purpose of making such expenditures. <br />Section 2.
