BORDONARO AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WILSON PiILLS ROAD FROM A CLASS U-3 AA USE DISTRICT (RESTRICTED PHJLTI- STORY APARTMENT HOUSE) TO A CLASS U-1 USE DISTRICT (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE) [dfIEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds that the premises hereinafter described, now zoned for Class U-3 AA Use District purposes (Restricted Multi-Story Apartment House), has never been used for such purpose, and Council finds that said premises are better suited for single residence purposes and that such use will be conducive to the public health, peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare; and WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds that this amending Ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval or suggestion, and that said Commission has allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing has been given in the manner provided by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The following described property, hitherto in a Class U-3 AA Use District (Restricted Multi-Story Apartment House) is hereby transferred to a Class U-1 Use District (Single Family Residence): Beginning at the extreme Southeastern corner of The Village of Mayfield where the corporation line between the Village of Payfield and the Village of. Gates Piills inter- sects the centerline of Wilson Mills Road, 60 feet wide: thence Northerly, along said corporation line, 1100 feet; thence N O1° 00' 00" W, 425 feet; thence N 25° 21' 11" W, 132 feet; thence S 42° 00' 40" W, 158.56 feet; thence S 11° 40' 49" W, 120 feet; thence S 02° 36' 09" id, 819.48 feet; thence S O1° 17' 00" W, 940.10 feet to the center- line of Wilson Pulls Road; thence Easterly along the centerline of Wilson Mills Road to the aforesaid extreme Southeastern corner of the Village of Mayfield and the principal place of beginning.
