ORDINANCE N0. 72- 7 <br />Page 2 <br />Sec. 32c2. ESTABLISHMENT OF REGULATIONS AND DISTRICTS. <br />In order to carry out the purposes of this Section, Small Office <br />Building District and regulations are hereby established. <br />Buildings and land shall be used only for the uses specifically <br />set forth as permitted in this district and not for uses enumerated in a <br />prior or subsequent use classification of the Zoning Ordinance unless such <br />uses are herein specifically permitted. <br />Sec. 32.3. USES PERMITTED. <br />Buildings and land in a Small Office Building District shall be <br />used only for the purposes hereinafter set forth and in buildings not more <br />than one-story in height: Physicians' and dentists' offices; medical centers; <br />other professional offices; banking, savings and loan, and other financial <br />offices; governmental, executive and administrative offices; funeral homes. <br />Except as othercaise in this Ordinance provided, all matters <br />pertaining to accessory uses, area regulations, yard regulations, off-street <br />parking and loading regulations, sign regulations, and development plans, shall <br />be governed by the provisions of Ordinance No. 960, pertaining to local <br />business districts, as the same has been and in the future may be amended <br />from time to time. <br />Sec. 32.5. TRANSFER OF LAND TO SMALL OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICTS. <br />The following described land, now partly in a Motorists-Service <br />District and partly in a Class U-1 (Single Residence) District, and shown <br />on the plat hereto attached, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, <br />is hereby transferred to a Small Office Building District: <br />PARCEL A <br />Situated'in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, <br />and State of Ohio and being a part of Original Mayfield Township <br />Tract No. 1, Original Lot No. 45, bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the westerly end of the turnout between <br />the westerly right-of-~oay line of Beta Drive (60 feet t~ride) <br />and the northerly right-of-way line of Wilson Mills Road <br />(80 feet wide); <br />Thence North 88°-39'-50" Sdest along the said northerly <br />right-of-way line of Sdilson Mills Road, 151.4 feet to a <br />point; <br /> <br />
