ORDINANCE N0, 72- 14 <br />BY: MR. BOGER <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 537, ENTITLED, <br />"AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS" <br />BY ADDING,SECTION 3,1 PERTAINING TO DAMAGING PROPERTY <br />Be It Ordained By The Council of The Village of Mayfield, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, that: <br />Section 1, Ordinance No. 537, entitled "An Ordinance Governing Dogs <br />and Other Animals," is hereby amended by adding Section 3,1 which shall read as <br />follows: <br />"Section 3.1. Damaging Property, It shall be unlawful for any person <br />who owns, keeps or harbors a dog to permit such dog to damage, destroy <br />or deface any publicly owned property or the premises of another, or <br />to permit such dog to urinate or defecate thereon," <br />Section 2, In all other respects, said Ordinance No. 537 shall remain <br />in full force and effect, <br />Section 3, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect the <br />earliest period permitted by lacy, <br />Passed this 20th day of _/__ March 1972 <br />\~~/ /Ti <br />or - President of Council <br />ATTEST: <br />`yv ~'~_ <br />(Se~, Clerk- reasurer <br />
