(13) the location and proposed size of all parking <br />areas for vechicles; <br />(14) the location, size, maximum height, bulk <br />of all commercial use areas in the proposed district; <br />(15) the projected tax revenues to be generated <br />from the proposed district as a whole and each Use <br />Area therein; <br />(16) in the case of plans which call for development <br />over a period of years, a schedule showing the time <br />within which Applications for final Approval of each part <br />or Use Area of the proposed district are to be filed and <br />the development time required for each such Application; <br />(17) the extent to which the proposed plan departs <br />-_~ _i: .._.- Fv~ <br />from existing zoning and 5ui,u.i:visiUii ray ...~~-~-•~ _ <br />the subject property including its effect on: <br />a) population densities; <br />b)- bulk and areas of buildings; <br />c) uses; <br />d) traffic trip generators. <br />(d) Said application shall also be accompanied by a <br />written statement setting forth the reasons why, in the <br />Landowner's opinion, the Planned Development District would be <br />in the public interest and how it is consistent with all the <br />criteria set forth in Sections 1 and 2 of this Ordinance. <br />-13- <br />
