(1) HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS - Single-family units shall <br />not exceed two-and-one-half stories in height or thirty-five <br />feet (35'); Office Buildings shall not exceed forty feet <br />(40') in height. Local Retail Buildings shall be limited <br />to one story but the roof peak for architectural purposes may <br />extend to thirty feet (30') above grade. <br />(m) SIZE OF DWELLING UNITS - Single-floor dwelling units <br />shall have a minimum of one thousand one hundred square feet <br />(1,100 sq. ft.) of living area, but having a total area of one <br />thousand five hundred square feet (1,500 sq, ft.), including <br />garages and accessory structures: t4ultiple-floor dwelling <br />units shall have a minimum of seven hundred fifty square <br />feet (750 sq. ft.) of first floor living area exclusive of <br />basements, breezeways, garages and similar. accessory structures <br />but having a total living area of fifteen hundred square feet <br />(1,500 sq. ft.). All attached dwelling units shall each <br />contain at least two (2) rooms in addition to a kitchen and a <br />bathroom and shall contain the following minimum habitable <br />floor area: <br />(1) 750 square feet for each one (1) bedroom <br />dwelling unit; <br />(2) 900 square feet for each two (2) bedroom <br />dwelling unit; <br />(3) 1050 square feet for each three (3) bedroom <br />-_ dwelling unit. <br />At least 60% of the dwelling units in an attached dwelling <br />unit building shall contain two (2) or more bedrooms. Further <br />no more than three bedrooms shall be permitted in any one at- <br />tached dwelling unit. For the purposes of the above, a den .or <br />-32- <br />
