ORDINANCE N0. 72-21 <br />Page 2 <br />Section 1. That it is declared to be of public interest'that the <br />consent of the Municipality be and such consent is hereby given to the enumerated <br />maintenance and repair operations on the above mentioned roads, between the <br />termini aforesaid, on and after April 17, 1972, and until this Ordinance is <br />superseded, by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance in no way relieves the Municipality <br />of any of its responsibility, legal or otherwise, for these roads. The County <br />is onlq assisting the Municipality in the areas covered by this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />Ordinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and <br />safety; aush necessity exists by reason of the fact that freezing and thawing <br />action has created hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof <br />public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and delayed; <br />and said Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time as provided by law <br />and upon acceptance bq the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 4.
