BORDONARO <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EMPLOYAfENT OF <br />CALFEE, HALTER, CALFEE, GRISIdOLD, AND SOMAIER AS <br />SPECIAL COUNSEL IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br />OF UPPER VZEW, INC., AND MIL-MAY FOR A NEW <br />CONSTRUCTION PERAffT <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAEiE OF AfAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Council hereby approves, ratifies, and confirms the <br />employment of the firm of Calfee, Halter, Calfee, Griswold, and Sommer <br />as special counsel for the Village of Mayfield in the matter of the <br />application of Upper View, Inc., and Mil-May for a new construction <br />permit for a high-rise apartment building on Wilson Atills Road, up <br />to and including July 8, 1972. Payment of that firm's statement in <br />the amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($5,400.00) is <br />approved to be paid when funds are available. <br />Section 2.
