Ordinance No. 72-27 <br />Page 2 <br />Thence North 23°-16'-50" idest along the westerly line of said <br />Sublot No. 56, 200.23 feet to the place of beginning, containing <br />28025 sq, ft. of land, be the same, more or less." <br />Said premises are also known as a part of Cuyahoga County Auditor's <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-16-12. <br />PARCEL II <br />(Owned by William H, and Kathleen W. McEnally) <br />"Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and being a part of Sublot No. 57 in the Robert <br />Neroni Subdivision Na. 1 as recorded in Volume 198, Page 63 <br />and 64 of Cuyahoga County Records, bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Sublot No. 57; <br />Thence South 23°-16'-50" East along the easterly line of said <br />Sublot No. 57, 200.23 feet to a point; <br />Thence North 89°-11'-46" [des t, 10.95 feet to a point; <br />Thence North 23°-16'-50" Tdest, 195.76 feet to a point; <br />Thence northeasterly along the northerly line of said Sublot <br />No. 57, a distance of 10.00 feet to the place of beginning, <br />containing 1,980 sq. ft. of land, be the same, more or less." <br />Said premises are also known as a part of Cuyahoga County Auditor's <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-16-29. <br />Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to cause said <br />easements to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order to <br />prevent imminent flooding of homes in a large area of the Village, and this <br />Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of ite <br />passage. <br />Passed this 18th day of September 1972. <br />~~ <br />PR L-MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />(S ) CLERK-TREASURER <br />
