ORDINANCE N0.72~ 1 <br />BY: MR. Davis <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 309, THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, <br />AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />SIGNALS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Section 8 of Ordinance No. 309, entitled °An Ordinance <br />to Regulate Traffic on the Streets and Public Highways of the Village of Mayfield," <br />as amended by Ordinance No. 71-46 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"S~ction S. Authorized Automatic Traffic Control Signals. <br />Automatic Traffic Control Signals are hereby directed to be installed <br />and operated at the following intersections, to-wit: <br />SOM Center Road at Wilson Mills Road, <br />Lander Road at Ridgebury Boulevard, <br />Wilson Mills Road at Lander Road, <br />Wilson Mills Road opposite 6116 Wilson Mills Road <br />(i;tayfield Senioa High School Entrance), <br />Wilson Mills Road at Alpha Drive, <br />Wilson Mills Road at Northbound Entrance and <br />exit ramps of Interstate Route Number 271, <br />Wilson Mills Road at Southbound entrance and <br />exit ramps of Interstate Route Number 271, <br />Opposite 6222 Wilson Mills Road. <br />Wilson Mills Road at Miner Road." <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order to <br />safeguard life, limb and property through the maintenance of needed automatic <br />traffic signals, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 20th day of November ,1912.® <br />~ O s y~ <br />PBF<&FBEI~FP'@F'"COUNOIL <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br />EAL) CLERIC-TREASURER <br />
