ORDINANCE N0. 73-4 BY: MR. BORDONARO. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 31.6 OF ORDINANCE N0. 960, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 159, TAE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 71-36, BY CHANGING TAE REQUIRE- MENTS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING. 1~EIEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, finds that the off-street parking regulations in local business districts should be strengthened, in accordance with the recommendations of the Village Engineer; and WHEREAS, this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestions, and said Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and a public hearing has been had thereon, notice of which hearing has been given in the manner provided by law. NO[d, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT: Section 1. Section 31.6 of Ordinance No. 960, entitled "Off-Street Parking and Loading Regulations", as amended by Ordinance No. 71-36, is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 31.6 OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING REGULATIONS Off-Street parking and off-street loading facilities shall be provided as a condition precedent to the occupancy and main- tenance of any use whenever a building is constructed or altered. a. Standards and Design - Parking Facilities 1. Off-street parking spaces Not less than the following facilities shall be provided whenever a new use is hereafter established, an existing building is altered, cahich results in an increase in floor area of the building, or whenever the use of an existing building is changed.
