Ordinance No. 73-4 Page 5 <br />(j) Plot plan and/or drawing should have appropriate <br />legend showing: <br />(1) Lot number <br />(2) Name of business <br />(3) Builder or construction firm <br />(4) Date <br />(5) Square footage of lot area <br />(6) Square footage of building floor area <br />(7) Maximum number of employees on any two' <br />successive shifts <br />(8) Required minimum parking spaces <br />(9) Number of planned parking spaces <br />(k) All drawings, plot or site plans shall be drawn to <br />scale on paper 18 X 30 inches or larger in size. <br />Said scale shall be shown on each drawing or plan. <br />(1) All plats, site plans and drawings shall be sub- <br />mitted to the Building Inspector for his review <br />and signature. <br />(m) All plats, site plans and drawings shall be reviewed <br />by the Village Engineer for his approval and signature <br />before such plats, site plans and drawings are sub- <br />mitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />(n) The above conditions and requirec~ents shall be <br />accomplished by the applicant before being placed <br />on the agenda of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />The cutoff date for inclusion on the agenda shall <br />be Friday noon preceding the meeting of the <br />Commission. <br />Section 2. In all other respects, Ordinance No. 159, as amended by <br />Ordinance No. 960, and Ordinance No. 71-36, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Section 3.
