<br />ORDINANCE NO. 73-18 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE FILLING A VACANCY ON COUNCIL <br />BY THE ELECTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy was created on the Council of the Village <br />of Mayfield by Resolution No. 836, duly adopted by the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield, on March 19, 1973. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Frank Prager, Jr., be and he is hereby duly elected <br />to the Council of the Village of Mayfield, pursuant to Ohio Revised <br />Code, Sec. 731.43, for the unexpired term ending December 31, 1975. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety, <br />peace, health and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabi- <br />tants, in order that the Village may properly constitute the legisla- <br />tive authority of the community and that said Ordinance shall be in <br />full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 29th day of March, 1973. <br />~~~~/v/~ <br />R-PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />E ~• <br />(SE CLE K-TREASURER <br />
