Ordinance No. 73- 34 <br />Page 2 <br />upon the conviction thereof shall be fined not more than One <br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and costs of prosecution. Each <br />24-hour period of violation shall constitute a separate offense. <br />Sec. 5. Council declares this to be an emergency <br />Ordinance necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and safety, such emergency arising out of the necessity <br />to make provision for the control and location of construction <br />trailers on private premises without undue delay, in order to <br />correct a situation now deemed undesirable; wherefore, this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed this 20th day of August, 1973. <br />~ ~~~~ <br />MAYOR-PPESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />~~.~-/flit ~ ,~) /~~~~~ <br />(SEAL- CLE -TREASURER <br />
