Ordinance No. 73-35 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Leech <br />"AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF <br />18" CORRUGATED METAL PIPE STORM OUTLET FOR <br />RAVINE-ROBLEY LANE STORM SEWER" <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, TE3AT: <br />Sec. 1. It is hereby determined that the bid of Nerone and <br />Sons, Inc. for excavation, labor necessary to install an 18" cor- <br />rugated metal pipe storm outlet and for backfilling for the Ravine- <br />Robley Lane storm sewer in the sum of $2,800.00 is the best bid <br />received. <br />Sec. 2. The clerk-treasurer be and he is hereby authorized <br />to enter i to o a contract with Nerone and Sons, inc. for said improve- <br />ment which shall be paid upon certification of completion by the <br />engineer. <br />Sec. 3. The Clerk-Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized <br />to expend the additional sum of not more than $800.00 for seeding <br />and top-redressing of the disturbed areas. <br />Sec. 4.
