<br />ORDINANCE N0. 1045 <br />By Mr. Fitzgerald <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 986, ENTITLED: <br />"AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITH THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF WILSON MILLS <br />ROAD FROM THE EASTERLY LINE OF SOPS CENTER ROAD TO <br />THE WESTERLY LINE OF HANOVER ROAD BY THE CONSTRUC- <br />TION ANll INSTALLATION OF A SIDEWALK, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY" <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Ordinance No. 986, entitled, "An Ordinance Determining <br />to Proceed With the Improvement of the Southerly Side of Wilson Piills Road <br />From the Easterly Line of SOM Center Road to the Westerly Line of Hanover <br />Road by the Construction and Installation of a Sidewalk, and Declaring an <br />Emergency," is hereby repealed as of the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency mea- <br />sure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of said village and its habitants and for the further <br />reason that the effect of making this an emergency Ordinance will be to avoid <br />further expense of litigation to the village, and this Ordinance shall be in <br />full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 15th day of January 1968 <br />d ~~~ <br />ayo~ P i ent of Council <br />Attest: <br />(Seal) Clerk-Treas rer <br />/Z <br /> <br />
