-z- <br />Sec. 2. Section 2 of said Ordinance No. 933, as it heretofore existed <br />is hereby repealed as of the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order to protect the <br />public and private streets within the Village from damage, and shall take effect <br />and be enforced from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 19th day of February 1968. <br />J <br />r <br />or - eside of Council <br />Attest: <br />~~~ l <br />(SEAL) ' Clerk-Treasur <br />
