h~ <br />(2) <br />and shall mature as follows, which maturities are hereby determined <br />to be substantially in equal installments to-wit: <br />$1,400,00 on December 1, 1969; <br />$1,000,00 on December '1, in each <br />of the years 1970 to 1983, both <br />inclusive; <br />$2,000.00 on December 1, in each <br />of the years 1984 to 1988, both <br />inclusive. <br />Said bonds shall be dated August 1, 1968." <br />Section 2, In all other respects said Ordinance No. 1067 shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />Section 3. The Village.Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to forward <br />a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County Auditor. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, <br />for the reason that the proceeds of the sale of said bonds are immediately needed <br />to retire an outstanding note of the Village about to become due and payable, and <br />thereby preserve the credit of this Village.
