<br />~~ ~ <br />ORDINANCE N0. 1077 <br />BY: ~HZ, DAVIS <br />AN ORDINANCE GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />TO THE REPIOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE FROM CERTAIN ROADS WITHIN <br />THE VILLAGE, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved <br />a snoca and ice removal program for the years 1968-1969; and <br />GTHEREAS, a number of the roads from which it is proposed to remove <br />snow and ice are Village streets and also County roads known by the following <br />names and lying between the limits designated, vit,: <br />Road <br />From To <br />Highland Road Westerly Village Line S.O.M. Center Road <br />Wilson Mills Road Lander Road Easterly Village Line <br />Lander Road Wilson Mills Road Southerly Village Line <br />Ridgebury Boulevard Westerly Village_Line Easterly Village Line <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAY- <br />FIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1.. That it is declared to be of public interest that the <br />consent of the Village be, and such consent is, hereby given to the removal <br />of snow and ice.on the above-mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />Ordinance, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and <br />safety; such necessity exists by reason of the fact that snow and sleet storms <br />may soon create hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof <br />great public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and <br />delayed. <br />Section 3.
