~~3 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 69-6 <br />BY: PiR. Schmidt <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING TAP-IN CHARGE TO BE PAID FOR USE OF <br />WATER MAIN INSTALLED BY DR. EUGENE EDWARD ACKLEY, THERESA <br />ACKLEY AND JOHN PUSTAI. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. No person, firm or corporation shall be issued a permit <br />or be permitted to make a water main connection or tap-in from the opposite <br />side of Wilson Mills Road tq the water main recently installed by Dr. Eugene <br />Edward Ackley, Theresa Ackley and John Pustai (which starts at the easterly <br />end of the previously existing water main opposite the property at 7105 47ilson <br />Mills Road and extends easterly approximately 220 feet) within ten (10) years <br />from the effective date of this Ordinance, unless said person, firm Qr corpora- <br />tion making such tap-in or connectiop first pays to said Dr. Eugene_Edward <br />Ackley, Theresa Ackley and John Pustai such proportion of the cost of said <br />water main installed by the latter three persons, (which cost is $4,800,00, <br />plus $765.72, being their proportion of the cost of installing the water main <br />across Echo Drive) as the number of front feet of said water main improvement <br />abutting the property of such person, firm or corporation bears to the total <br />front footage of property abutting both sides of the 220 foot caater main im- <br />provement which has been installed by Dr. Eugene Edcaard Ackley, Theresa Ackley <br />and John Pustai. <br />Section 2.
