General Yard Regulations <br />a. Front yard regulations shall be provided of a depth not less <br />than set forth in the above schedule where abutting Wilson <br />Mills Road or SOM Center Road, and where abutting a secon- <br />dary street such as the street to serve office-laboratory and <br />production-distribution developments, unless shown otherwise <br />on the Zone Map or required otherwise on an approved Development <br />Plan, in which case the dimensions established on the Map or <br />' Plan shall prevail. The setbacks set forth above for uses <br />abutting a major street shall be measured to the present <br />center line of the street; the front yards for uses abutting a <br />secondary street shall be measured from the planned or exist- <br />ing street r-o-w line, whichever is the greater. The front <br />yards for local streets shall be established on the development <br />plans. <br />Front yards may be used for driveways and visitors parking, <br />/ except no visitor parking shall be allowed in the required set- <br />
