LOADING REGULATIONS IN <br />PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS, OFFICE-LABORATORY <br />DISTRICTS AND MOTORISTS' SERVICE DISTRICTS <br />~ +; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, COUNTY <br />~~'~ OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: <br />a, <br />' Sec. 1. Sections 30.4, 30.5 and 30.6 of Ordinance No. 763, as <br />amended by Ordinance No .. 1000 and by Ordinance No. 1969-10, entitled: <br />"An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 159, of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Village of Mayfield, by Adding Section 30, Creating Motorists <br />Service District, Office-Laboratory District, and Production-Distribu- <br />tion District" are hereby amended to read as .follows: <br />Sec. 30.4 AREA REGULATIONS , <br /> <br />~~ <br />Every lot, or parcel, shall be of sufficient size to accommodate <br />the main and accessory buildings or uses and the required yards, <br />and space for future expansion, ancl;, every lot occupied by a main <br />building or use shall comply with the lot area, lot width, the <br />percentage of lot coverage~(by~the buildings) and the landscaped <br />areas for the various districts as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />i <br />~ -- <br />
